What are the fees for a search on the Costa Brava?
Our property hunter fees are personalized to each search. Please contact us for a quotation. A deposit of 1,500 euros (excl. VAT) will be required to start our Services, after we have drawn up your specifications and confirmed the feasibility of your real estate project. Once the assignment has been completed, this deposit will be deducted from our fees.
What's the difference between the services of a property hunter and those of a traditional agency?
The main difference is that we work exclusively for you, the buyer. Our aim is to find the ideal property for you, while an estate agent represents the interests of both seller and buyer. We search for properties on your behalf, compiling precise files with photos and videos, precise location, environmental analysis of all possible and existing contacts. We're actively looking for your dream property, your success and our success too. The remainder of the fees will be billed to you only in the event of a purchase.
How do you go about finding properties?
Our research is based on an extensive network of local contacts, the use of specialized platforms and our premium contacts to find off-market properties that meet your specific needs on the Costa Brava.
Can you describe the different stages of your service?
The steps in our property search service range from defining your needs, advising you on the steps to take, and providing legal and tax advice, to visiting pre-selected properties, negotiating prices and assisting you right through to finalizing the purchase. Our services even go as far as concierge services: construction management, property maintenance and administrative support (taxes and obligations).
Are there any specific costs associated with research or file preparation?
Yes, you will be asked to pay 1,500 euros (excl. VAT) to start up our Services, after we have drawn up your specifications and confirmed the feasibility of your real estate project. This deposit will be deducted from our fees once the assignment has been completed.
What is the success rate in finding properties that meet customer needs?
Our success rate over the last twenty years has been close to 90%. We only accept projects that are feasible and achievable. The specifications must be consistent with the existing market.
Is it possible to include your fees in the financing?
Yes, of course, that's entirely possible.
What are the advantages of using a property hunter rather than doing it yourself?
